Hi my name is Sherry Crouse and I am happy that you have chosen to view my web site.  For most of my adult life I have participated in either dance disciplines or exercise programs that incorporated dance movements.   I have found several fitness programs that incorporate all of the fitness elements that I LOVE!!!!!!!!!  Join me for Piloxing, Bokwa, Zumba Toning, Zumba or Total Body and relize that you can achieve the healthy body that you desire.

After attending my very first class - I FELL IN LOVE WITH PILOXING AND ZUMBA.  The music in the programs gets my toes tapping, and my body moving to the musical beats.  To continue to challenge my body I've added elements for strength and conditioning, I also offer toning within conditioning class and a  30 minute total core class.  I am in the best shape of my life and I am having so much FUN it doesn't feel like a work out.

Anyone can participate in the fitness programs I offer.   You don't need to have experience to enjoy the fitness experience of Piloxing, Conditioning, Total Core or ZUMBA^®   Come to one of my classes and let me introduce you to PILOXING,Total Core, Toning and Conditioning, or ZUMBA^®.  You will fall in love with the easy to follow moves and the awesome upbeat music.

What Is ZUMBA^® ?

ZUMBA^® is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class.  ZUMBA^® is a cardio-based workout that includes components of resistance/sculpting training to tone the entire body. 

Dancers and non dancers enjoy the fresh change of pace - exercising in a healthy, fun, party-like atmosphere. ZUMBA^® is fun, easy, effective and anyone can do it.  Participants are having so much fun, they don't realize they are exercising.  Partcipants feel comfortable knowing that they can just go with the flow and enjoy the party!  Participants can add their own "flavor" to really give their ZUMBA^® moves a little something extra.
